With more than 30 years of experience and strong operational capabilities, ODEON Tourism — one of the leading brands in Turkish tourism — has successfully completed an extensive certification process covering its 22 offices in Egypt, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates, Greece, Spain, Thailand, and Vietnam, following its achievements in Turkey. As Coral Travel Group’s destination services company, ODEON Tourism has been certified by Bureau Veritas, one of the world’s leading independent certification bodies, with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction Management System certificates.

A pioneering company in the tourism industry, ODEON Tourism has extended its leadership in quality management systems to an international level, marking a significant milestone in its global growth journey. As Coral Travel Group’s first subsidiary, the company has been providing destination services for 33 years. After completing the certification of its Turkey operations, it successfully underwent a comprehensive audit process across 22 international offices in Egypt, Tunisia, the UAE, Greece, Spain, Thailand, and Vietnam. Following these audits, Bureau Veritas awarded ODEON Tourism the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 10002:2018 certifications.

At a ceremony held at ODEON Tourism’s headquarters in Antalya, Ozan Somaklar, COO of ODEON Tours Destination Services, received the certificates from Orhan Yılmaz, General Manager of Bureau Veritas Türkiye.

During the ceremony, Ozan Somaklar stated: “We are proud to see our 33 years of experience and leadership in Turkish tourism recognized internationally for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This wide-ranging certification process — spanning from Turkey to Vietnam and covering 22 offices — is not only an operational achievement but also a testament to our philosophy of continuous improvement and our global commitment to unconditional customer focus. The ISO 9001 and ISO 10002 certificates are concrete proof that our service quality and customer experience management now meet world-class standards. ODEON Tourism has been among the first companies in Turkey to obtain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standard Certificate covering all travel agency services, continuing its commitment to quality with determination since 2001. Guided by the principle of continuous improvement, the company has also adopted and implemented other standards, such as ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety Management System across Coral Travel Group subsidiaries. By expanding these systems across the group, ODEON Tourism aims to instill a culture of continuous improvement throughout all its operations.
