Coral Travel Group and Odeon Tourism Lead the Rankings

Coral Travel Group achieved a double triumph at the “HIB 2024 Service Exporters Awards”, winning first place in two categories. Coral Travel Group (Coral Holding A.Ş.) ranked first in the “Finance, Insurance and Other Financial Services” category, while its subsidiary Odeon Tourism (Odeon Turizm İşletmeciliği A.Ş.) secured first place in the “Travel Agency Services” category. Both awards were presented by Türkiye’s Minister of Trade, Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat.

Organized by the Service Exporters’ Association (HİB), the “Service Exporters’ Meeting and 2024 Service Exporters Awards Ceremony” was held in Istanbul. During the ceremony, where companies contributing to the sustainable growth of the Turkish economy through service exports were honored, awards across 20 categories were presented by Minister Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat.

“We deliver over 1 billion dollars of service exports to our country”

At the ceremony where a total of 60 awards were presented, companies generating foreign currency income for Türkiye were recognized for their contributions. Receiving the award on behalf of Odeon Tourism, Ozan Somaklar — COO of Destination Services and General Manager of Odeon Tourism — expressed his pride in reinforcing the company’s leadership in tourism exports: “Since 1992, Odeon Tourism has been introducing millions of guests to the unparalleled beauty of our country. Today, our 1.261 billion-dollar service export performance stands as the most concrete testament to our financial strength and consistent growth strategy. We will continue to add value to Turkish tourism and reinforce our success in service exports through sustainable growth.”

Receiving the award on behalf of Coral Travel Group, the Group’s CFO Murat Aytoğu evaluated the company’s international achievements:

Odeon Tourism, a subsidiary of Coral Travel Group, has initiated its initial public offering (IPO) process to strengthen its presence in the capital markets and accelerate its long-term growth objectives. The IPO aims to further reinforce the group’s financial structure while supporting its sustainable growth vision within the tourism sector.

In addition to its nationwide destination services, Odeon Tourism operates with an integrated structure through its subsidiaries, including Odeon Otelcilik Turizm Ticaret A.Ş. (owner of Seven Seas Life and Marvida Family Eco hotels), Coral Seyahat A.Ş. in tour operations, and Odeon Güvenlik Koruma ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. in security services.
