Marvida Family Eco, which joined the portfolio in 2008, Seven Seas Hotel Life, added in 2013, and Xanadu Resort, incorporated in 2014, are properties owned by the Group
Building on its extensive expertise and systematic approach to hotel management, Coral Group Hotels established a franchise system in 2019 for its Marvida Hotels and Seven Seas Resorts & Hotels brands. Through this model, the Group has expanded its service portfolio, offering guests a diverse range of hospitality concepts and experiences.
In 2022, Coral Group Hotels added Xanadu Resort Makadi Bay to its operations and started welcoming guests in Hurghada, Egypt, under the “High Class All Inclusive” concept.
As of 2023, a total of 12 properties operate under the Coral Travel Group Hotels brand across Türkiye, Egypt, and Greece, each distinguished by its unique characteristics and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
